If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied.
If you would like to return your Baoruler, simply keep your original product packaging and accessories, and ensure the device is in sellable condition. You can contact us to return or exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.

Returns Policy
Free 15-Day Return & Exchange
Baoruler devices are built to be durable and long-lasting. However, if you feel that Baoruler isn’t for you, we have made it as straightforward as possible to return your order.
We offer a 15-day free return and exchange policy. Simply ensure your device and accessories are in a sellable condition, then get in touch with Customer Support to return your order in its original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date.
Of course, these steps don’t apply to defective devices, which are already covered by the 1-year warranty included with your new device (see Warranty Claims below).
Warranty Claims
Baoruler devices are built to be durable and long-lasting, but in addition to our free 15-day return window, every new Baoruler device comes with a 1-year warranty.
Your warranty is valid from the date of delivery and covers your hardware product and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship.
If you need to return your device under a warranty claim, get in touch with Customer Support, quoting your order number. A member of the team will be happy to help with any issues you’re having with your device, followed by issuing your warranty replacement or return where applicable.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your device for a like-for-like replacement during your 15-day return window or as a warranty claim, contact Customer Support quoting your order number.
Refunds
As soon as your return has been received and checked over, we’ll send you an email update to let you know it has arrived safely, and we will also notify you of your refund status.
If your return is authorized, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Note: If the product, product packaging, and/or accessories are found to be missing or damaged, Baoruler reserves the right to deduct replacement charges for these from your refund amount.
